Frequently Asked Questions

Do we have to coordinate multiple vendors to get a complete cleanroom?
No. We deliver prefabricated cleanrooms, modular components, cleanroom equipment, and ongoing service as a single scope under one accountability line. Most cleanroom projects fail at the seams between suppliers, where the panel vendor, the filter vendor, and the installer each point at each other. We own all of it, so there are no seams to manage.

We only need one piece right now. Is that too small a project?
No. We supply everything from a single filter to a full facility, and a single HEPA filter order is a legitimate starting point.

How does a single-source approach affect our schedule?
It consolidates the schedule instead of chaining it. When the envelope, the equipment inside it, and the commissioning all come from one organization, the handoffs that normally add weeks between trades disappear. We sequence fabrication of components and equipment against the cleanroom build rather than waiting for one to finish before the next begins.

We have existing cleanroom space and need new capacity. Can you handle both?
Yes, and combining them is common. A typical project pairs a prefabricated cleanroom for new capacity with modular components to bring adjacent grey space up to classification, plus in-room equipment across both. One team designs the whole footprint, so your new and existing space perform to the same standard and carry the same documentation.

Who do we call after go-live?
The same organization that built it. Our service and maintenance scope covers preventive maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and expedited support across everything we supply.

How do we know which approach fits our project?
That is the first conversation. Timeline, existing infrastructure, classification requirements, and how much your process is likely to change all point toward prefabricated, modular, equipment-only, or a combination. Because we build all four, our recommendation follows your requirements rather than the one product line we happen to sell.
